Well, since I put this blog up I have had three programs disappear. Those programs were new programs that seem to have been put up by hit and run scammers.

I decided not to play any new programs and will stick to those programs that have already proven themselves.

Also, I am not posting as much, I’ve decided to concentrate on affiliate marketing more and more. At the moment, the MLM program I am having a lot of success with is People String. This is going to be a great money maker for me in the next couple of months when their Malbox-Cashbox program is finally put into effect.

SolidTrust Pay deposits and withdrawal requests July 11th, 2009 18:16

We have noticed this morning that deposits made with SolidTrust Pay has not been credited to our members accounts automatically, neither have we received notification from SolidTrust Pay that payments have been made. This makes it impossible for us to credit our members accounts with the deposits they made. The option to download a csv file on the STP transaction page is also not working at all, this already since STP introduced Phase 1 of their scheduled upgrade and features. Otherwise we could credit these deposits manually. We have already contacted the STP administration and usually they are very helpful and quick in responding to such requests. We believe this interruptions are due to their recent change of servers.

Secondly the STP mass pay system, what we are using to process hundreds of withdrawal requests on each day is not working as well. Therefore we are unable to process STP withdrawals today. We have informed the STP administration about this problem as well and hope it will be sorted out by Monday.

Sorry for any inconenience this might cause!

We hope that we will get documentation about new deposits sometime on Monday, as well as their ‘Masspay’ device to work again properly.

I know this to be true as Solid Trust Pay was offline yesterday for several hours due to maintenance and upgrades.

I joined OnisGroup recently, as well as Infinitiva, which I reviewed here, and will do a review on them as soon as I can.

Not much happening with the programs I am in, except to say that a few of them paid me today.

Steve Smith continues to claim of broken records in deposits week over week. It could be true being as the membership in this program is massive. As some of you know, Steve’s mother had a stroke, but she is doing better as we were updated on her situation today:

Update on my Mom, First I want to thank all of you for your concerns and thinking about our family. Mom is doing as best as we can expect at this time. She had a massive stroke and the kind she had kills about 90% of the people that have them. She does however know everyones name, from what I understand the back of her brain was highly affected but the front is in pretty good shape.

So we are still hoping that she will be able to continue to get better.

Here is some news on the planned GNI members only forum and a warning of work going on with the script. As I posted yesterday there were some problems with the rollover plan not crediting the daily interest. Members who were affected are now posting on the forums that their interests were credited and that the problem seems to be resolved.

… We are not planning a forum for VIPs, just a private forum for active members only. So everyone is welcome, as long as you have a deposit with us.

We will however continue to be part of this great forum as well and it will still be our endorsed forum!

A word about the postings of the Weekly Rollover earnings. The script picked up this afternoon after the guys at Black Lotus allocated a bit more memory to the php.ini. It took us a while to find out where the problem was located. For the tech interested guys among you, it was set to 32MB and they set it now to 64MB – but it could be to much, what could result in a runaway script or poor server performance. Currently they are playing around with the php.ini to find out what should be the right memory to maintain a proper operation. That caused this warning about “Too many connections in /home/goldnugg/public_html/includes/functions.inc.php on line 0″ Currently the site is loading fine again, just be aware that someone is busy with the server in the hours ahead.

Steve, the admin of Ad-Ventures 4U, sent an update today reporting on the progress with the script. His programmer had this to report:

Hi Steve, I thought I would give you an update on progress. You have probably noticed performance on your current script has improved over the last couple of days too. This because I have implement changes to the indexing by moving over code from the new script. The framework is in place and the new tools page is ready. This incorporates messages from the members upline and twitter. Members will be able to speak directly to the downline members without using email (thus avoiding spam complaints). They will see a list of people searching for ways to make money on twitter and can send them a link with their referral ID. Attached is a short video that demonstrates how that works. The XSS protection code is now in place and I’m confident we can block all known methods – of course that’s not a guarantee that someone somewhere will find a new method but will give excellent protection until then! Dave will start on you red design later this week, I have told him to keep it red and to remove the cartoony effects and go for real photos thus giving it a more serious business look.

Saza Investments LDA sent us members an email concerning the fake certificate of incorporation. I posted about this here.

This is their reply:

Many members were asking us about a phone number, adress and about the certificate on our site. We are in the process of moving the entire company to Dubai and that’s the reason for not offering an adress or phone support yet. Many of our bussinesses interests are connected to Dubai and they also have a more flexible policy which will allow us to make more profit.

All the papers for Portugal were made by an intermediar company for us and we never did had a problem with them till now. Many of you told us that our certificate is not good. Nobody told us that untill now. Anyway, it won’t be the case anymore as we are moving to Dubai and the process of moving started couple of month ago already. As soon as the movement will be completed we will post on our site the new certificate, our adress and phone number.

Also we will start to offer bank wire deposit option too. Anybody will be able to verify us online or offline without a problem. We hope that this will stop the rumours who are meant to ruine our credibility.

Also we did our research and we’ve noticed that many of those who are doing this are from Romania and Moldova Republic from where the ddos attack on us came too. So we asked our security team to block in few days these two countries. All members from these two countries who already invested with us will be asked to provide us papers for verification and their own IP’s to can access our site after this. We hope this will protect our program more. Our program is safe and stable and we are doing our best to make all our members happy all the time.

At this point I really don’t care too much about the fake certificate. As I wrote in my previous post concerning this, plenty of programs have done this before, and this doesn’t mean that they will run with our money. What matters now is that they follow thru with their promise and provide the new information.

Update (July 6, 2009):

According to Saza Investments we have it all wrong about the registration number on their certificate. It isn’t a registration number at all, but an ISO number:

I have placed SigmaTral on Waiting status as I have not been paid since yesterday and no reply to my email asking for an explanation. Already, also, several members have stated that they haven’t been paid either and one has stated that his Liberty Reserve withdrawal was processed but no money showed up in his account. I’m keeping a close tab on this one.

Update on SigmaTral (9:22 AM): I haven’t been paid since yesterday morning. And some members since 3-days ago who deposited via STP, like me. Don’t spend on this one. It’s a scam now.

End: 07/01/2009 11:00 U.S. Pacific

Black Lotus engineers will be retrofitting the Elite/Enterprise network at Los Angeles, CA to completely migrate customers away from legacy network equipment and to install a new distribution router with additional capacity and redundancy.

During this window there is the potential for a one-time outage of 15 – 30 minutes network wide and intermittant outages throughout the window as routing and physical paths are manipulated.”

The bottom line, this is all good stuff that will enable us to provide better service, better security and happy customers!!!

These scheduled times can and will be subjected to possible delays and or schedule slips. What this means is there is the distinct potential for a one-time (or more) 15-30 minute outage spanning the entire network. Further, there is an equally distinct possibility of local, intermittent outages as routing and physical paths are manipulated to ensure optimum usability network-wide.

We encourage those of you who remain in contact with their uplines/downlines to pass the word, thus avoiding the anticipated “panic” that will invariably engross those newer members who are not aware of our steadfast committment to remain the most trusted on-line program that ever existed on the World Wide Web.

II. Some of you continue to swim in frustration over the inaccessability of being able to login to your GNI back office. Some common obstacles consist of the following:

a. PROPER EMAIL REGISTRATION. You need to register a Google (Gmail) email with us. Those of you who registered with Safe-mail, SBC, Cox, Verizon, Comcast, AOL, Yahoo, Juno so-on and so-forth need to obtain a Google, email address, send it to Todd via Ticket who will change this in the system.

NOTE: For those of you who have a significant investment, Todd WILL be asking for verification information such as an address. Those of you who have registered with nothing but a first name, are not giving him much to use for verification purposes. It is suggested less attention be paid to your referral issues and more attention be given to your own account to avoid the hassle(s) and potential loss of investment due to your willful neglect of complete registration information.

b. PROPER LOADING OF THE PIN CODE. Todd receives an awful lot of tickets from plan participants who indicate they have input eight or nine PIN codes “and it still is not accepting it….”

The procedure which ensures you are inputting a valid PIN code is quite simple. All that is required is for you, the user to ensure the GNI Browser page which calls for an updated PIN code remains open while you open your Gmail to obtain the PIN code. That’s it!

Should you properly get to the point where your GNI browser asks for the pin code but you close out the page or you arrow back to get to your email or anything similar to this, you will render the PIN code stale and it won’t work.

To clarify, once the GNI browser page asks for a one-time PIN Code, keep that window (page) open, open a new page to access your email to obtain the PIN code, cut and paste the PIN code and enter it into the box and you should be good to go.

c. Some of you, regardless of your actions and efforts, cannot successfully enter their account. In a situation such as this, you have sent multiple tickets, changed your email(s), communicated to us the roadblocks you face; we will do our best to accomodate you and prepare appropriate refunds.

In the event you are making this request inside your thirty day lockin period, do not anticipate any refund until such time your lockin period has expired.

III. REAL-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Phone (Skype) Support is forthcoming. The number has been secured (and you’re going to like it); couple weeks time

IV. OUR OWN, PRIVATE FORUM. The skeleton has been installed and is being modified to accomodate the needs of the GNI Global community. We’re going to try to accomodate those of you whose first language is NOT English, are not as technically knowledgeable or whose investment literacy is a bit less than others, all in the spirit of an enhanced GNI experience. It will be moderated by members with on-going support by GNI admin.

All of this, baring any unforseen “mishaps” will be up and running, certainly before the end of July, probably much sooner.

Ad Ventures 4U

The admin of Ad Ventures 4U, Steve Smith, sent members an email hours ago. In it he announces that his mother, who suffered a stroke is doing better, but doesn’t have use of her left side, mentally she seems to be OK. We hope she feels better soon.

On a more positive note, the Gold site is complete, the testing the details of mailing and receiving gold is not. So it seems we will have to continue to be patient and wait and see when the Gold site is finally ready for business.

FX-Interest

The admins of FX-Interest continue to update (if you want to call them that) its members, after they folded, with more promises of refunds. Refunds that to tell you the truth can’t be verified, and because of previous lies, I continue to be skeptical. But here is their report on last week’s Yahoo! Messenger chat. Apparently, they kept everyone waiting for the the second one that day, not surprising, it seems the way FX-Interest continues its disdain for its former members. Lack of time for us? You kept our money all this time, lied to get it, when they knew full well that they were in trouble, and kept it without paying interest. And they have no time for us? Typical of all the bullshit they keep spraying on us.

I am still waiting to be sent the June 16th update as promised to me on the chat. I am not going to get it, and I really don’t care, it’s just more bullshit. I just wanted to see if they would follow-up, but as typically FX-Interest, they promise, promise, and promise, and make more promises that they couldn’t give a shit about keeping. No company can claim not to have time for their clients/members, either you make the time or you don’t have a business.

I for one will never do business with their payment processor, and if they think that after treating its members the way they have that most of them will in the future is ludicrous. Right now members don’t speak out negatively because they hope to receive their refunds, speaking out now could jeopardize that.

We had a chat with users who came for chat on 23rd on 11AM GMT for 1.5 hour and unfortunately because of an urgent meeting we couldn’t join you for 5PM GMT. Please accept our apologies.

Here are the questions were asked:

1- Are you still refunding and what is the situation with that? Yes we are refunding to all according to the priority and announcements we had before but because some of the members who got paid didn’t want to be announced publically we didn’t name them in our last announcements.

2- What is the news for the new processor? We are going to submit our application to the government in a couple of weeks (as you know a company like us with some problems needs time to settle down and provide the fees for governments, providing enough documents,…). After that we would let you know about the share prices, moving your funds to it,… gradually by emails. We need to decide about all of these according to the laws and board decision.

3- Why Fx-I site is not up yet? We are too busy with everything else and as all of its files were infected including the forum, we couldn’t rectify the problem and as we haven’t had the backup, we may need to build a new forum soon. But don’t worry all of the records of your accounts are here.

4- Why don’t you answer the emails? We receive a lot of emails daily and as some of our staffs are gone we cannot reply to each and every emails. But if you have any requests in your email, we will do that for you, but you may not receive your response. We may not respond to the emails which asks for the payment sooner, because we are refunding according to the priority we announced.

5- What are the features of the new venture? In the new payment processor we would have a PP like AlertPay and so, and we may add some features like paying a little interests on the money which is in your account.

6- Could you please let me know when my turn is? No, because it depends on the budget we have for each month and according to the priority we would pay to them. So it is not possible to tell you your turn.

7- Could you please let us have such times to have a chat? Sure we would have it regularly now onwards and would let you know by email for the next times.

8- How often will you update us by email? It depends on our workload but we try to update you with any news and payments at least once a month.

These are the most questions were asked on 23rd June 2009 by the users. Hope these are clear enough and useful. We are refunding and will let you know by email at least once a month.

I just dropped by to tell you that I did some research and selected two more programs to invest in. I will be posting about them by the end of next week, hopefully.

Saza Investments LDA, that I reviewed here, has sent us members an email requesting users not to cheat and try to withdraw from a different processor than the one they deposited funds with. They are not an exchange service!

It seems that a lot of members are requesting the payments on different payment processors then the one used by them for investing with us. It was our fault that we didn’t thought to check this before, but from now one we will check each request. It will just take longer for you to get your payments but we need to do this. Programs Turned Scam

Two programs that I don’t follow, because I wasn’t invested in them, but thought I pass this along, turned scam today. They are NorthBizz and TheDollarDiggers. The TheDollarDiggers lasted less than a month! The admin is talking about a new program, but with such a disaster that TheDollarDiggers was, I will not be looking that way.

Asian Invest Group

Yesterday I changed Asian Invest Group’s status as waiting on my monitoring page because the website was not accessible. I then sent the admin an email asking for an explanation on the situation and he obliged. This is what he had to say:

The server was under DDOS attack.

It is up now and we also moved to another hosting with better protection.

I have since changed the status back to Paying.

This is why DDoS protection is a must in the HYIP arena. I’m glad the admin is on this with better protection as this insures the smooth running of what I think is one of the great programs online today.

Edward Brown Investments

Seriously, this is the last I post about Edward Brown Investments (EBI). I have no confidence in William Roma anymore and the tales he’s telling are just not believable at all!

He claims to have placed Money HYIPs and EBI for sale. For EBI he claims to have gotten 20Ks from three people, of which 7Ks he sent to Edward’s wife. Twenty thousand dollars for an HYIP laden with debt and a bad reputation? Something smells like rotten fish around here. LOL!

He, also, posted that he had sold Money HYIPs, which he tried to sell to me, and I refused because I had already started Money in HYIPs. I posted my analysis of all these tall tales at Dream Team Money’s forum:

That’s because Edward is either William Roma or his partner. EBI has not been sold, anyone who swallows this one has a brain tumor they should look into. LOL!

Someone paid $20K for a two-bit HYIP program laden with debt and has not put it to work immediately? Or hasn’t contacted the members? Then what exactly has he bought? A glorified domain name? LOL!

Same with moneyhyips.com. It is supposedly making 3Ks a month? But the new owner hasn’t put it to work, either?

Both sites are stagnant.

William is laying it on real thick and you guys are buying this? LOL!

I hanged around the EBI thread because William Roma made a lot of promises—promises he was never going to keep. My advice is to stay away from TMAGIG, just like my advice, to those of you who listened, to stay away from EBI. Right now there are people coming out claiming to have been scammed by TMAGIG, just like what happened with EBI—it’s déjà vu all over again!

FX-Interest

FX-Interest was another program I joined in August of 2008. It had been running for almost a year, but because they had a listing of a pending registration with the FSA I decided to deposit. In the end it was a very bad move on my part.

Turns out, the registration process was always going to stay in pending and eventually revoked. From my point of view it was never a serious attempt at registration. And I can definitely say for sure we have been told several lies along the way.

FX-Interest is still around and claiming to have been refunding the members, as they had promised. They told us that it will take 10- to 12-months from March, 2009, to pay back everyone. I can’t verify any of the claims of repayment and so far I am skeptical as not one member has reported on the forums to have been paid.

FX-Interest is also claiming to be working on a payment processor of their own. So this tells me that they will eventually pay us, as opening a payment processing business with a bad reputation will do them no good. It will fail before it even gets to the gate and they know this.

On June 3rd they sent us an email stating that they would be on Yahoo! Messenger on the 23rd of June, 2009 at 11 AM GMT and 5 PM GMT for 1.5 hours to answer all of our questions. They were! And this is my Q&A session transcript with them (I would have stayed longer and asked more questions, but I had a doctor’s appointment):
